About Moyo

For over three decades, Moyo(previously known as Peel HIV/AIDS Network) has provided a growing array of health promotion, education, social and support services for people living with, affected by, and at systemic risk of HIV.

Moyo Community Health Centre is a community-based organisation dedicated to preventing new HIV infections and improving the health and well-being of people living with, affected by, and at risk of HIV in Peel region. Moyo is grounded in principles of harm reduction, equity, and justice and provides compassionate, accessible, and culturally responsive services. The organisation centers the perspectives of equity-denied communities while working toward a future of optimal health and well-being for all.

Currently, the project is collaborating with Moyo to aid with recruitment, guide the research direction, and offer support community capacity building.
